The business should have an upscale potential.4) Funeral Homes: My client is looking to purchase funeral homes for market prices located anywhere in Ontario.5) School: Looking for a detached building in the core that would accommodate a private high school. Must be subway assessable.6) Car Dealership: Looking to locate on a 2+acre site in the Dufferin area.7) Land Developer looking for acreage, South of King, North of 401, East of Airport Road and West of Brock Road. 8) Looking for Special Care Facilities. Able to move quickly.

Retirement Sites: Looking for 1.5 acre sites and larger for a retirement complex. Anywhere in southern Ontario.
 
School: Client requires a 25,000 to 35,000 s.f. building for a special education school. Client willing to retro-fit industrial buildings. Demographic for location of school: Eglinton to Finch, Keele to Yonge.
 
Automotive: Auto repair garage needs a building of 8,000 to 12,000 s.f. on land from 20,000 to 35,000 s.f. in the area between Dufferin to Keele, Eglinton to Finch. High traffic and visible sites are preferred.
 
Office in Claedonia Road district: Looking for a space of about 10,000 s.f. for an office in the Caledonia Road area. Preferable lot area is 25,000 s.f. and larger. Willing to build new or add to existing building.

Shopping Centres: anywhere in the U.S. or Canada, with a minimum of $10 million to unlimited.

Apartment Buildings: U.S. and Canada - minimum 100 units to unlimited with an age of not more than 1985, but prefer post-1990. Will also complete upgrades. If condo-conversion, must control HOA.
